In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
Â Non-emergencies will all be handled via ticket.
Do NOT use EMERGENCY priority unless the ticket is an emergency.Â Examples of emergencies would be network outages, viruses, and other major multiple user affected issues..Â Any tickets entered as emergency that are not emergencies will be treated as normal priority.Â
Managers - For ALL account creation requests, please complete and submit the MIS New Account form under the Knowledge Base > New Employees.
